Conditions:
- Water fee 200 baht/month - Electricity 7 baht/unit
- Cleaning: If you use our pillow, bed and blanket sheet, please let us change them every week. It costs 150 Baht per time include cleaning bedroom and bathroom.
- Deposit (Type 1): 7,500 Baht (We will give you back when you move out)
- Deposit (Type 2): 9,500 Baht (We will give you back when you move out)
- Monthly rental can be paid on the date you move in.
PS. For long term, we can give you discount rate.
